Diese gro\u00dfe fasziale Struktur verl\u00e4uft an der K\u00f6rperr\u00fcckseite entlang und verbindet die Muskulatur von Kopf bis Fu\u00df. Verklebungen und Bewegungseinschr\u00e4nkungen beeintr\u00e4chtigen dadurch nicht ausschlie\u00dflich den Fu\u00df selbst, sondern k\u00f6nnen auch zu mangelnder Kommunikation zwischen den Muskeln und Problemen bei der Kraft\u00fcbertragung im ganzen r\u00fcckseitigen K\u00f6rper f\u00fchren. Oftmals finden sich unterhalb des Fu\u00dfes sehr viele Verklebungen im Bereich der Plantarfaszie. Eine Vielzahl der Verklebungen entstehen dadurch, dass die Plantarfaszie bei jedem Schritt und sogar w\u00e4hrend des normalen Stehens durchg\u00e4ngig arbeitet und belastet wird. Nun bewegst Du das Backrelease langsam \u00fcber Deine Fu\u00dfsohle (Abbildung 2). Wenn Du eine unangenehme Stelle gefunden hast, erh\u00f6he den Druck auf diese, indem Du etwas mehr Kraft aus\u00fcbst. Mache kleine kreisende Bewegungen mit dem Backrelease und verst\u00e4rke dadurch die Intensit\u00e4t. Bearbeite eine unangenehme Stelle mindestens 10 Sekunden, bevor Du die n\u00e4chste Stelle suchst und nach demselben Prinzip vorgehst. Danach wechselst Du die Seite und wiederholst die
