Besonders stark betroffen ist hierbei die Brust- und Halswirbels\u00e4ule.<\/p>\n<p>Dies liegt unter anderem an der zum Teil gezwungenen, sitzenden Position im Alltag. Diese Problematik f\u00e4ngt bereits in der Schule an und zieht sich sich bei 75% aller Deutschen wie ein roter Faden durch den gesamten Tagesablauf, vom Job bis zur Wohnzimmercouch.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr die meisten Menschen ist es bereits schwierig und anstrengend, sich aufrecht hinzusetzen.
