Dadurch verringert sich die Belastung f\u00fcr Brustwirbels\u00e4ule und eine nat\u00fcrliche Aufrichtung des Oberk\u00f6rpers wird erreicht.<\/p>\n<p>Au\u00dferdem haben Verklebungen im Bereich der Brustmuskulatur auch negativen Einfluss auf die Beweglichkeit der Schultergelenke. Platziere das <u><a href=\"https:\/\/backrelease.com\/\">Backrelease<\/a><\/u> nun mit Deiner rechten Hand oben links auf Deiner Brustmuskulatur (Abbildung 1).<\/p>\n<p>Wenn Du eine verklebte Stelle gefunden hast, erh\u00f6hst Du etwas den Druck und bearbeitest diese Stelle f\u00fcr ca. 10 Sekunden. Zus\u00e4tzlich kannst Du noch kleine kreisende Bewegungen mit dem Backrelease durchf\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p>Anschlie\u00dfend suchst Du nach weiteren verklebten Stellen und bearbeitest diese auf die gleiche Art und Weise. F\u00fchre diese \u00dcbung \u00fcber den angegebenen Zeitraum durch und wechsle im Anschluss die K\u00f6rperseite.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn der Druck \u00fcber die Hand nicht ausreicht, kannst Du den Effekt erh\u00f6hen, indem Du Dich mit dem K\u00f6rper gegen eine Wand oder einen T\u00fcrrahmen lehnst.
